รายละเอียด: The CT-508 20" planer provides a cutting capacity of up to 20" wide by a thickness of 8". With stock rollers provided on the top of the machine and both infeed and outfeed roller support, operation is easy and convenient. An oil-bath lubricated gear box provides very smooth feeding and a lifting lever allows for easy maneuverability. The unit is the result of quality engineering which meets CSA standards, with all components precision machined for complete interchangeability and added value.
EFFICIENT KNIFE HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT
The knife setting gauge provides convenient and fast knife adjustment, whether replacing or sharpening the blades. This accurate knife setting will also maintain uniform height on the cutter head.
Cutter head
The cutter head is fitted with 4 knives with a running speed of 5000 RPM, providing 20,000 cuts per minute. The cutter head is precision machined and its surface precision ground. It is mounted on high precision bearings and is dynamically balanced to give smooth running.
DUST HOOD
The dust hood is provided for connection to the dust collector. Its outlet diameter is 5". TWO-SPEED GEAR BOX
The feed rollers are driven by the gear box and, with the chains, produce a powerful feed effect. Feed speeds can be changed using the ever on the gear box, which is oil-bath lubricated for smooth transmission.
STOCK ROLLER
Two rollers built on top of the machine provide convenient handling for consecutive cutting operation.
